As The Geek stated last night on his section, with the beginning of August, we’ve started our now workout. 30 mins around a slightly sloped apt complex doesn’t sound like much to some. Really it isn’t…except for those with mobility issues. Don’t get me wrong, I’m going to do this. Blisters and arthritis be damned! (ok so the blisters may be my fault. wore the wrong shoes ^_^; )
Anywho, were off to a good start and I slept like a drugged baby last night.
